Six-bedroom Victorian detached house in NW2. This was a challenging project because we had so little time to implement our work. The house was gorgeous, but the owners had moved to the country and we needed to make it feel lived in and cosy again. We began with the maintenance of the garden, taking professional photographs while the weather was still good before it went on the market. We completed the decorations and furniture installation within three weeks.

The house never made it to market as it was shown first to four prospective buyers. Three offered with the highest bid at 200k over the asking price. The property exchanged within a month.
